Man Escorted From Hospital After Patient Argument

DAYTON, Ohio —

Dayton police were called to Good Samaritan Hospital Friday night on reports of a dispute between a patient and her boyfriend.

Police said the argument occurred on the fifth floor of Good Sam when 19-year-old Dion Collins started running his wheelchair against his girlfriend’s room door and jammed it shut.

Nurses on the floor heard the fight happen and were alarmed when they couldn’t open the door and called hospital security.

Security and Dayton police escorted Collins off hospital property and Collins was charged with misdemeanor failure to comply.
