Man Tased After Allegedly Resisting Arrest

CLARK COUNTY, Ohio —

It took a taser and several sheriff's deputies to get a Clark County man under control and into custody.

Sean Neikirk, 28, was just released from the Dayton Correctional Institute on Thursday.

He was arrested again early Friday morning on charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Deputies said Neikirk was arguing with his former girlfriend at her home on Burkett Drive in New Carlisle, when they tried to take him into custody.

After using the taser, Neikirk was taken to the Clark County Jail.
