NCR To Reduce Employee Benefits

DAYTON, Ohio —

NCR Corp. is cutting additional employee benefits due to a worsening economy.

A memo that was sent to employees reportedly said that NCR will reduce its employee’s savings match. This is a tactic that many companies have taken to shave expenditures.

The company will also cancel a $5 million travel program given annually to employees who win achievement awards.

NCR has 1,300 local employees.
