New Information In Shaken Baby Arrest

 

VANDALIA, Ohio —

A Vandalia father accused of abusing his 2-month-old son pleaded not guilty.

Phillip Hardin-Moore, 25, was arrested at his Vandalia home On March 1.

He was in court on Tuesday facing three counts of child endangering with serious physical harm. He is accused of shaking his infant son, Jayden.

Police said Jayden is recovering from fractured ribs and legs at Dayton Children's Medical Center. Hardin-Moore will be back in court next month.

The judge set bond at $100,000 and sent him back to jail.
