OAKWOOD, Ohio —
Fire and Vectren officials were called to Harman Elementary School after several students who were practicing for a holiday program became ill. School officials feared there could be a carbon monoxide issue.
School officials said two students got sick and one girl even fainted.
Medics took two students to Children’s Medical Center to be checked. A parent took another child to the hospital as a precaution.
After about an hour, the all-clear was given and the school was allowed to reopen. All students were expected to be OK.
