Officials Say Registered Sexual Preditor Struck Again

Officials said a registered sexual predator had struck again after a woman was beaten, raped and held captive for three days.

Investigators said the victim was brought to a home in DeGraff from Cincinnati last Tuesday and she did not escape until Friday.

Investigators said the woman was sexually assaulted by 44-year-old Jeffrey Borchrey.

Deputies said he has a record that goes back over 20 years.

Authorities said they also found evidence at the scene to support the victim's claims.

Borchrey faces one count of rape and is being held $100,000 bond.
