Troopers from the Wapakoneta Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol investigated a two vehicle
fatal crash that occurred on October 15, 2012 at 11:15 a.m. on Interstate 75 at US33 in Auglaize County south of Wapakoneta.

A commercial semi-truck driven by Susanne Borders, 47, of  Wawaka, Indiana, was eastbound on US 33 and had
exited onto the entrance ramp to Interstate 75 southbound, Ms. Borders lost control on the exit ramp and
crossed both southbound lanes of Interstate 75, crossed the median and crashed through the median cable
barrier into the northbound lanes.

After crossing into the northbound lanes, the commercial truck struck a
northbound Lincoln MKS being driven by Randy Harrison, age 64 of San Antonio, Texas. The commercial
vehicle jackknifed and came to rest on the northbound exit ramp to US 33. The Lincoln MKS continued off the
east side of Interstate 75 and traveled down the embankment where it came to rest. Both vehicles caught fire but
both were extinguished by first responders.

The occupants of the Lincoln MKS, Lorraine Harrison, age 62 of San Antonio, Texas and Randy Harrison were
trapped in the vehicle after the crash and had to be removed by mechanical means by Wapakoneta and
St. John's Fire Department personnel.

Both occupants of the Lincoln were transported to Lima Memorial Hospital and the driver of the semi was
transported to St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.

The passenger of the Lincoln, Lorraine Harrison died at Lima Memorial Hospital as a result of her injuries.

The commercial vehicle lost an estimated 50 gallons of diesel fuel as a result of the crash and Auglaize County
EMA and the Ohio EPA responded to the scene.

Next of kin has been notified.

The crash remains under investigation.
