Plea Entered In Connection With High-Speed Chase

DAYTON, Ohio —

A man accused of leading police on a high-speed chase pleaded not guilty on Tuesday.

Officers said they tried pulling over Andre Horton because they said he had been drinking. Authorities said Horton took off, leading officers on a chase that reached 100 mph.

Police said Horton ended up jumping out of his car, causing the car to hit an apartment building.

Horton was captured after a short foot chase. His bond was set at $7,500.
