The Huber Heights Police Department said the same person is responsible for three hotel robberies that all happened Tuesday evening.

The Comfort Inn locations on Huberville Avenue in Riverside and Brandt Pike in Huber Heights and the Suburban Extended Stay on Germany Lane in Beavercreek were all robbed by a man with a handgun after 5 p.m. 

Officers from Huber Heights said the person and getaway vehicle in all three robberies matched one description.  Police said a string of robberies like this is uncommon.

"I can't recall in recent times how we've had a crew that's done this many jobs this many times especially back to back let alone in rapid succession in multiple jurisdictions." Huber Heights Police Officer Aaron Harlow said.

Officers said the robber may be connected to a few other robberies that have happened in the Miami Valley in the pas week.
