Police Ask For Help In Solving Robbery Cases

Dayton investigators are asking for community members' help to capture a suspected serial robber they said is targeting Kroger and Meijer stores.

Police said in a little more than two weeks, one man has tried to rob four different stores.

Friday they released surveillance video of the robber in action.

The video shows the man walking around stores for awhile, picking up groceries.

But when he gets to the checkout lane, he shows the clerk a knife and steals money from the register .

The suspect is described as a white male, 38 to 43 years old.

He is about 5 feet 10 inches tall and has brown hair and a mustache.

Investigators said he hit the Kroger on Needmoore Road and Dayton Xenia Road the Meijer stores on Colonel Glenn Highway and Harshman Road.
