Police: Drug Dealing, Prostitution Suspected In Home

TROTWOOD, Ohio —

Police in Trotwood said they believe drug dealing and underage prostitution was taking place in a home that was raided Friday morning.

The raid happened at a home on Greystone Drive in Trotwood where nearly a dozen officers swarmed the home.

The Trotwood Anti-Crime Unit had been investigating the activity in the house for months. Investigators said their preliminary investigation revealed drug use and possible underage prostitution.

Officers took four people out of the home and handcuffed them in the front lawn.

Sgt Eric Wilson said their surveillance had indicated the use of heroin, cocaine and marijuana.

Police said they started investigating the activity after getting several complaints from neighbors about suspicious activity in the home.

Investigators said the four who were arrested could be charged with drug trafficking, but said more charges could follow. Officers said more arrests could also come.
