RUSSELLS POINT —

News Center 7 has confirmed that police have located a missing 11-year-old girl, and that she is now safely at home.

The Logan County Sheriffs office said Skylar A. Shabdue was reported missing around 7:30 p.m. Saturday from her home in the 200 block of W. Main Street. Police said it was possible she had run away, but they considered her missing and endangered because of the cold weather.

Police said they, along with the Ohio Highway Patrol helicopter, spent several hours conducting a search in Russells Point and Washington Township Saturday night. At that time, their search had not turned up anything.

No additional information was released regarding the reason for the disappearance.
