Theft of $350 to $400 before 1:41 p.m. from a cash register at Leisure Pool and Spa, 3485 Commerce Drive.

Someone stole $300 and a pair of gym shoes before 3 p.m. from an apartment in the 3100 Elman Court.

Someone stole a roll of 1/2-inch copper before 5:32 p.m. from a home in the 100 block of North Sutphin Street.

Feb. 6

Someone stole several feet of copper before 8:56 a.m. from a property in the 800 block of Boylston Street.

A Middletown woman said someone had been stealing her mail between Jan. 9 and Feb. 6 from her home in the 600 block of 18th Avenue.

Theft of prescription medicine before 10 a.m. from a home in the 700 block of Elwood Street.

A 17-year-old Middletown boy was arrested at 2:30 p.m. in the 600 block of North Breiel Boulevard on suspicion of operating a vehicle while impaired and assured clear distance ahead.

Someone stole $1,020 from an apartment in the 1400 block of S. Breiel Boulevard while the female who rents the apartment was in the hospital.
