Police Search For Suspected Carjackers

DAYTON, Ohio —

Dayton police are trying to determine if a woman helped thieves carjack a man or if she was one of the victims.

Authorities said a man called a woman to meet him at Emerson. They said upon arrival, the female got inside the car and then two black men robbed the male driver at gunpoint.

Investigators said the two black men pulled the male driver of the car and took money from his wallet. Police said the men then jumped inside the car with the female inside and took off.

Officers said the two suspects are 19 or 20 years old. Police said the car that was stolen was a 1992 Honda Accord with license plat DDL9556.

Police continue to search for the car, the woman and the two suspected carjackers.
