BEAVERCREEK, Ohio —
Authorities said the theft was caught on tape, and officers said a simple sticker could help catch the culprit.
According to police, a man locked his motorcycle and parked it in a parking garage on March 3. Officers said when the man returned on March 5, the motorcycle was gone.
Investigators said the surveillance video shows a red and silver motorcycle in the parking garage, and seconds later, a pickup truck backs up, and two men grabbed the bike and left.
Police said the pickup is described as a 1985 Chevrolet, and said it should stand out. Sgt. Jim Wuebben said, “It looks like on the driver’s side, there is a gas cap missing and some other type of identifier on the driver’s side on the rear part of the truck.”
