Portion Of Dayton Street Renamed

DAYTON, Ohio —

A portion of Lakeview Avenue in Dayton will be renamed in honor of the Reverend James Davis who founded Trinity Presbyterian Church.

Reverend Davis retired in 1993 after 44 years of service at the church.

Davis was also active in many community organizations, including the NAACP.
