Staff Report

DAYTON —

Police said a propane tank was used to break into the Radio Shack on Wilmington Avenue early Thursday.

Authorities responded to the store in the 500 block of Wilmington around 3:15 a.m. on reports of a glass break alarm. When they arrived they found the front window of the business busted out, according to reports.

The store owner responded to the store and performed inventory on the store, but so far police have not said what was taken from inside the business, according to Sgt. Jared King.

No suspect information was immediately available.
