SHELBY COUNTY, Ohio —

Some of the 241 dogs seized in a November 17 raid in Shelby County in what deputies described as a "puppy mill" are still available for adoption.

Some of the dogs have special needs, said Deputy Cami Frey, Shelby County dog warden.

Most of the dogs are being adopted out by the dog rescue groups in the area who have been caring for them.

The dogs with special needs are available through the Shelby County Animal Shelter.
