HUBER HEIGHTS —

A Wayne High School teacher charged with sexual battery is expected to appear in court Thursday.

Kelsey Hartmann, 27, of Centerville, was arrested Nov. 21, and booked in to the Montgomery County Jail on a $75,000 bond. She posted bond during the weekend.

Hartmann will be arraigned on three felony counts of sexual battery involving a minor, according to court records.

She is a Spanish teacher in her fourth year at the school, according to Huber Heights City Schools Superintendent Sue Gunnell.

It is unknown if the alleged offense involves a student at the school.
