DAYTON, Ohio —

A Tipp City man accused of beating a cat to death in front of a group of children has admitted to it.

Anthony Dill, 20, pleaded guilty Wednesday to companion animal torture. Police said he threw the cat off the roof of a Dayton building two weeks ago and then stomped the animal to death.

Police said Dill killed the cat in front of a group of children. He also pleaded guilty Wednesday to public indecency. Police said he was urinating off the roof of the building.
