Trotwood Police Investigate Shooting

TROTWOOD, Ohio —

We are learning more about a shooting in Trotwood Thursday night.

A man was shot outside a home on Freudenberger Avenue after an argument with another man.

Today, police released the 9-1-1 call that sent officers to the scene. The caller said, "I heard like 4 shots right out."

After several questions by the dispatcher, the caller said, "He's laying in the snow right now. Some guy in a car pulled up. He was getting ready to fight with another guy and another car pulled up and gave the other guy a gun. He shot the other guy he was fighting with."

The victim is now in intensive care in a local hospital. We are told that the man is expected to survive. His name has not been released.

Police say they are looking for three men who were driving a white, two-door Buick sedan.
