Two-Vehicle Collision Injures 3 People

PREBLE COUNTY, Ohio —

A crash in Preble County overnight left two vehicles on their sides and three people injured.

Deputies said the accident happened around 10 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of Camden-Sugar Valley and Dillman roads.

Emergency crews had to cut part of the truck in order to get the driver out. He was taken by Careflight to a local hospital.

Deputies said it appears that one of the vehicles went left of center. They also said alcohol may have been involved in the accident.

Investigators said two people in a van were also taken to a local hospital. Authorities said none of the injuries were life-threatening.

According to investigators, the area of the roadway was under construction and did not have any line markings.
