Woman, 18, injured in Clark County crash

SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP, Ohio —

An 18-year-old Springfield woman was treated and released from Springfield Regional Medical Center after an early Thursday morning crash.

The crash happened around 3:30 a.m. in the 3900 block of Springfield-Jamestown Road.

Troopers with the Ohio State Highway Patrol said that Chelsea Boggs went off the right side of the road, over corrected, and then went left. They said she hit a mailbox and then flipped her vehicle

Firefighters and medics had to remove Boggs from the wreckage.

Troopers said Boggs will be charged with failure to control.
