Man Living On Filthy Property

CHAMPAIGN COUNTY, Ohio -- A property on State Route 245 in Champaign County became an eyesore to neighbors.A company has been hired by Wayne Township to clean up one man’s property that has become piled high with junk.On the property there were rats, dead cattle carcasses in the backyard.Russ Wellman said the man who lives there is a retired truck driver named of Marcus Miller. Several years ago, the health department condemned his house.Wellman said he had been living in some of the cars and RVs on his lot.The neighbors in this area said they had enough.The hauling company said it will take at least several weeks to clean up the property, and it is costing a lot of money to do this.
