DAYTON, Ohio -- The Montgomery County Transportation Improvement District approved an agreement to finance 21 roadway improvements around the Dayton Mall.

The measure will allow the county to enter into a partnership with Miamisburg and Miami Township to help finance the improvements.

In all, the projects are expected to improve the flow of traffic and increase the attractiveness of the Dayton Mall.
