NEW CARLISLE, Ohio -- Deputies said they arrested a New Carlisle on Tuesday night who was surfing the Internet, while her 4-ydar-old son wandered through parking lots looking for her.

According to deputies, Jennifer Rosseland left her son in her Brubaker Square apartment watching cartoons before going to a different unit to access the Internet.

A New Carlisle deputy found the little boy dragging his blanket through the parking lot.

Rosseland was arrested on charges of child endangering and was ordered to court.
