WAPAKONETA, Ohio -- An Auglaize County man found on Wednesday that he will spend 10 years in prison for killing another man.Matthew Pennington, 22, was at a party in November, got into an argument with Daniel Kind and shot him.Pennington agreed to plead guilty to voluntary manslaughter earlier this year.
