SPRINGFIELD, Ohio -- A man accused of causing a fatal crash is now behind bars.

Authorities in Clark County said they arrested Richard Miller early Thursday morning at his Springfield home.

Earlier this week, Miller was indicted by the Clark County grand jury on charges of aggravated vehicular homicide and vehicular assault.

The crash happened in January. Kathy Clos, 50, of Urbana was killed.

Authorities said Miller as admitted that he was drinking at the time of the crash.
