DAYTON, Ohio -- Margaret Brosko returned to the NewsCenter 7 team as the Weekend Sports Anchor in October of 2005. In 1994, she started at WHIO-TV participating in a three year internship while attending the University of Dayton.

Upon graduation in 1997 from U.D., she started her career at WBKP-TV in Calumet, Michigan. She was also an anchor/reporter at KIDK-TV in Idaho Falls, Idaho, and for the last three years Margaret has been the weekend sports anchor at KRNV-TV in Reno, Nevada.

Margaret's goal was to return to the buckeye state where she grew up. Brosko said, "I love the passion and enthusiasm of Ohio sports fans! Whether it’s a high school, college or pro game, you can count on an energized and packed stadium. In my professional journey, I have realized that doesn’t happen everywhere."

Margaret loves the outdoors. One of her goals is to visit every national park in the nation and she"s three quarters of the way there. If this avid sports fan is not at a game, you can count on seeing her on a trail hiking or riding her mountain bike.
