DAYTON, Ohio -- The Dayton Daily News, WHIO-TV and ThinkTV will host a debate between Dayton mayoral candidates Rhine McLin and Gary Leitzell.The event is open to the public, but registration is required.Date: Wednesday, Oct. 14.
