Woman calls cops due to noise from Salvation Army bell ringing

A woman calls police on Salvation Army seasonal bell ringers due to the noise. The holiday season is usually a time of happiness… Well not so much for a Portsmouth, New Hampshire woman.She is fed up with a common sound we hear around the holidays, Salvation Army bell ringers. Sarah Hamilton-Parker works in a downtown store in Market Square.She states “I listen to this for 200 hours a year. This is my fourth year and I can't take it anymore. I'm so sick of it.”
