Elderly couple survives fall from three-story parking garage
An elderly couple's trip to the mall ended up being a very scary day, after their BMW SUV crashed through a guardrail and flew off a three-story parking garage. The SUV landed upside-down on top of two parked vehicles. San Diego police say that the 78-year-old driver accidentally hit the gas instead of the brake. Officials say the garage's guardrail didn't do much to protect them either. The driver walked away from the accident, whil the 70-year-old passenger only suffered minor injuries.
