Horrible prank: Turtle attached to balloons
Witnesses in Oceanside, California were shocked and horrified to see that someone had tied a turtle to a bunch of balloons and let it go. The balloons got stuck in a tree and a local resident speaks of the turtle stating, “He was just swinging his arms trying to get out of it. Somebody had taped him to the balloons”.
