Man calls 911 while being dragged by truck
An Upstate New York man made a frantic 911 call as he was being dragged through a parking lot by a pickup truck. Surveillance cameras from the shopping center captured the incident on tape. The man suffered cuts and bruises, but no life threatening injuries.
