ODOT Treats Icy Bridges In Darke Co.

DARKE COUNTY, Ohio -- Road crews with the Ohio Department of Transportation in District 7, which includes most of the Dayton region, had several salt trucks on the roads Friday morning.The road crews were treating bridges and overpasses because they were icing up a bit. In Darke County, there were several crashes that are being investigated by the Sheriff’s Office.No one was injured in any of the crashes.Seven of the nine counties in District 7 had salt trucks on the roads. This is the first time this season that the trucks were out.
