Casey Anthony has become a pariah so to speak after the infamous trial that shook the country, but in the wake of her non-guilty verdict, is the accused murderer allegedly turning to plastic surgery?
As the 25-year-old awaits her release, questions regarding her safety have arose and reports have mentioned how she could go under the knife to hide her identity. Casey herself has reportedly denied the claim but a plastic surgeon weighs in on how a new face could actually help her get a fresh start.
