Although she's known for her incredible physical transformations via extreme hair and makeup, Lady Gaga chose to pose barefaced onHarper Bazaar's October cover, essentially saying "I was born THIS way."

But in true Gaga fashion, she insists that the striking transformation isn't more "natural" to her at all.
