Gingrich delivers history lesson on Dayton campaign stop
Republican presidential candidate Newt Gingrich spent nearly 20 minutes of his speech in Dayton on Tuesday delivering a history lesson about the Wright brothers invention of the airplane and then said they would not have succeed if government “bureaucrats” had been involved.
