3 adults, 1 child injured after crash in Clark County, interstate reopened

HARMONY TWP — Four people including one child were injured in a crash on Interstate 70 Eastbound that shut down the interstate for about 2.5 hours.

Around 2 a.m. Ohio State Highway Patrol Troopers were dispatched to I-70 on reports of a wrong-way driver, and around 2:01 a.m. they received reports of a crash involving the wrong-way driver.

Three vehicles were involved in the crash, according to preliminary reports.

Three adults and one 11-year-old child were transported to area hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries.

The eastbound lanes of I-70 were closed for about 2.5 hours during the incident, but the lanes are no reopened and traffic is moving again.

The crash remains under investigation by OSHP.
